We have deployed an implementation solution designed for the industries whose chief concerns are rapid implementation, low risk, and low cost. Kickoff Meeting

This is the initial phase of our implementation. The meeting is conducted by RSPL project implementation team along with the RSPL sales team. Project manager and project sponsor are present from the client’s side.
The deliverables you will have at the end of this phase are:

➢ Objectives of the project
➢ Steering group
➢ Detailed Project Plan which would be devised along with Client’s Project Manager.
➢ Project Team
➢ Alignment of project resources and infrastructure for the project.
➢ Project Charter Sign off

System Requirement Study with Concept Demo

Here we identify, analyze, and prioritize the business processes and pain points. Business processes are documented by identifying business events and describing the steps that client takes to respond to those events. These processes are organized into business scenarios that capture client’s business requirements. During the course of Study with Concept Demo, key users are expected to explore the transactions in order to identify GAP elements (new requirement, fields, transactions, and process flows).

The deliverables you will have at the end of this phase are:

➢ Client’s Project team members must be identified
➢ Sign off of Project Charter

The stages of this phase are as follows:

➢ Basic study of business scenarios.
➢ Concept Demonstration of Standard Database.

The deliverables of this phase are:

➢ FRD – Functional Requirement Document (Organization Structure NAV Perspective, GAP element.
➢ GAP Fit /Analysis Document.
➢ Signoff document format for the System Requirement Study with Concept Demo.
➢ Client to submit Sample Master Data and document print formats.

Client End Preparation for Next Phase:

➢ Submission of Sample Master Data
➢ Approval of GAP elements for customization.

Key User Training and Practice

We provide Key User Training at an initial stage. We believe in Training the Trainer approach. While RSPL would be responsible for training the key user, client’s Key User Team would be responsible for training the end user. Presence of client’s Project Manager is mandatory during the key user training to facilitate the training session between RSPL team and key users.

Pre-requisites:

➢ Receipt of Final Master Data
➢ Server readiness
➢ Installation and configuration of MS Dynamics NAV in Server

At the end of this phase, the deliverables are:

➢ User Manuals
➢ Sign off Key User Training

Client End Preparation for next phase is as follows:

➢ User must practice various business scenarios
➢ Department wise test cases to be forwarded to RSPL

Conference Room Pilot

Your user community takes up the ownership of the new systems with the acceptance testing by assuring the built solution satisfies the requirements. We help you in training your key users so that they can use the new system effectively. The presence of Finance Manager and Project Manager is mandatory during the CRP to understand the scheme of entries and various business scenarios.

Pre-requisites:

➢ Department-wise test cases to be received from client.
➢ User must be well verse with the business transaction.

At the end of this phase, the deliverables are:

➢ Acceptance of your users to the new solution built.
➢ Opening Template for closing balance.

Client End Preparation for next phase is as follows:

➢ Submission of Sample Master Data
➢ Submission of Reconciled opening balances as per the template provided.

Go Live Preparation

During Go Live Preparation, the Project Team deploys the final data with opening balances into the live environment at client’s end.

Pre-requisites:

➢ Reconciled Opening Balances

The critical deliverables of this phase are:

➢ Deployment of Live database at client’s end
➢ Sign off on Reports of Opening Balance Upload.
➢ Sign off of Go Live.

Go Live and Support

Your business processes are supported on the new system with 2 weeks onsite and 2 weeks’ off site support. The success of the new system largely depends on how effectively users can operate the system. We work with you to ensure the system operates smoothly during production.

Pre-requisites:

➢ Reconciled Opening Balances

The critical deliverables of this phase are:

➢ Production system supporting the operations of the business.
